Title: Senior AI Engineer

Salary: Up to £80,000 D.O.E

We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production ready NLP and LLM systems for a fast-growing technology company in a high-trust, regulated domain.

This hands-on role bridges research and real-world delivery, giving you the chance to turn experiments into reliable, scalable solutions that genuinely help people.

What you’ll do

• Build and fine-tune NLP & LLM-powered systems
• Take models from prototype to production-ready services
• Create RAG pipelines, evaluation tooling, and prompt testing frameworks
• Monitor performance, cost, reliability, and drift in live environments
• Implement explainability and bias mitigation in sensitive domains
• Collaborate across AI, MLOps, Data, and Product teams
• Mentor junior engineers and help shape the team’s AI best practices

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience shipping NLP/LLM models into production
• Strong knowledge of fine-tuning, RAG, agents and applied AI
• Experience with MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining, drift detection)
• Ability to turn research into robust, scalable solutions
• Passion for using technology to make a real difference.
