A cutting‑edge robotics company developing next‑generation distributed robotic systems is seeking an experienced wireless systems expert to architect the foundational communication layer that enables large populations of autonomous agents to coordinate in real time.
The team operates in a highly innovative space where conventional robotics, wireless communication, and distributed intelligence intersect – working on challenges that do not map to standard RF network assumptions or existing communication protocols.
If you’re excited by first‑principles engineering and breakthrough innovation, this role offers a chance to work at the frontier of what future robotic systems can become.
You will design and implement core medium‑access mechanisms and network‑formation logic for distributed robotic agents operating under demanding physical and environmental constraints.
This is not a protocol‑implementation job.
It is foundational systems design where classical networking models no longer apply.
Your work will directly influence how robotic agents interact, collaborate, and maintain coherent collective behaviour.
You bring 8+ years of professional experience (internships excluded) in:
You’ve worked on systems where:
You are motivated by problems where existing RF standards are not enough.
This is not an incremental engineering role – it’s a chance to define how distributed robotic systems communicate and coordinate at scale.
If you want to build something truly new, we’d love to hear from you.
