Senior Technology Consultant

About the Role

We’re working with a rapidly growing advisory firm looking to hire Senior Consultants to support technology-led transformation programmes across AI, Data, and SAP landscapes.

This is not a pure delivery role. It’s focused on problem solving, stakeholder engagement, and shaping strategy in fast-moving client environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

Client Advisory

• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions
• Translate business challenges into structured problem statements
• Deliver clear, executive-level recommendations and presentations

Transformation & Strategy

• Support end-to-end transformation initiatives across AI, Data, and S/4HANA
• Develop operating models, roadmaps, and value-driven strategies
• Bridge the gap between business and technology

Project Ownership

• Take ownership of workstreams with minimal supervision
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategy is executed effectively

What They’re Looking For

• 3-7 years’ experience in consulting, strategy, or transformation roles
• Exposure to digital transformation, enterprise tech, or SAP environments
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Structured problem-solving mindset
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Background in a top-tier consultancy or Big 4
• Experience with SAP, AI, or data-driven transformation
• MBA or advanced degree
