Salary: Up to £55,000 (Dependent on experience/skills)
Clearance eligibility: British Passport Holder with 10+ years of UK residency required

We are partnering with a specialist technology consultancy in Cheltenham to find a detail-oriented and delivery-focused Software Test Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent career opportunity for someone who thrives on ensuring product excellence within a complex and evolving environment.

You will play a key role in validating the integration and performance of both hardware and software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Run comprehensive system/software tests and present clear, data-driven findings to developers and stakeholders..
• Act as the vital link between the development and validation teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Identify redundant components and align testing protocols with evolving industry standards.
• Produce articulate, high-quality reports on technical assessments and system flaws.

Who You Are:

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or an ISTQB Qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of test analysis experience within modern software environments.
• Practical experience in diverse test techniques and programming to automate or refine the review process
• Solid knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern programming environments.
• Excellent diagnostic skills with a passion for solving complex technical problems.

• Detail-Oriented with excellent planning skills and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines within a collaborative team.
