We’re supporting an innovative sustainability-focused technology business seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to take ownership of the design experience across a suite of B2B products, including customer-facing and internal platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery through to delivery
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Improve and evolve existing design systems
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ UI/UX or Product Design experience within Climate technology
• Strong B2B SaaS, dashboard or portal design experience
• Expert Figma skills
• User research and stakeholder management experience
• GCP or AI experience (desired)
