  • Supporting senior staff across multiple RIBA stages from feasibility through to completion
  • Coordinating with clients, engineers, planning authorities and wider project stakeholders

About You:

  • We're looking for a technically strong, proactive professional who enjoys full project involvement. Ideally, you will bring:
  • Proven UK experience as an Architectural Technician/Technologist (approx. 8+ years)
  • Advanced AutoCAD skills plus competency in 3D modelling/presentation tools (SketchUp, Adobe Suite etc.)
  • Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and CDM regulations
  • Confidence in site visits, contractor coordination and solving technical issues
  • Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
  • Relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Construction (HNC/HND/Degree)
  • CIAT membership or eligibility (desired)
  • Full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence

  • Work on unique equestrian developments alongside commercial and bespoke residential schemes
  • Enjoy real project ownership, autonomy and variety
  • Competitive salary and strong opportunities for continued professional development.
