Assistant Software Asset Manager

iO Associates are currently looking for someone to join a Service Delivery team as an Assistant Licensing Manager, where you'll be integral to our Software Asset Management (SAM) operations, ensuring efficient license management and compliance across our systems.

Location: Sailsbury (minimum 2 days per week)

Clearence: Active SC Clearance

Pay up to: £500 per day (Inside IR35)

Start Date: ASAP

*Due to the nature of the project, this role requires active SC Clearance*

Role Responsibilities:

Expertise in managing licenses, reconciling data, and providing valuable insights makes you a strong fit, detail-oriented professional experienced in Software Asset Management.

• Provide insights for Enterprise agreement strategy, negotiation, and renewals.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of asset and license management procedures.
• Develop service improvements for license tracking and Software Asset (SA) data usability.
• Provide advice on License management during Business Continuity activities/incidents.
• Assist in monitoring, accounting, and auditing of all Application License Assets (ALA).

Key skills:

• Experience in Software Asset Management.
• ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification.
• Certified Software Asset Manager.
• Microsoft Certified Professional.
