Business Analyst

Location: Bath (Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bath, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, map processes, and recommend improvements, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform. Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse, and document requirements.
Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specs.
Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvements.
Support project delivery, including testing and validation.
Act as the link between business and technical teams.

Requirements:

Proven Business Analyst experience in corporate/professional services.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with BA tools (BPMN, SWOT, MoSCoW).
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Exposure to Dynamics 365/Power Platform (or willingness to learn).
