I am working with a globally recognised engineering leader that designs and delivers high‑performance systems for some of the most demanding defence and aerospace applications in the world.

Their technology is trusted in mission‑critical military platforms, ranging from advanced aircraft and unmanned systems to naval and land‑based defence solutions - all where reliability, precision, and innovation are non‑negotiable. They have a long track record of supporting armed forces and defence contractors with systems that perform flawlessly in the harshest environments.

Right now, they're looking for a Business Development Manager to help expand their footprint in the defence sector, build strategic partnerships, and identify new opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Candidates must:

Be based in Germany
Be fluent in German language
Have a strong Defence sector background with 10+ years experience selling products/solutions
