Our client seeks a proactive Business Improvement Manager / Compliance Manager to join their team in Nottingham. This role focuses on managing the company's business improvement initiatives and maintaining key certifications (TickITplus, ISO9001, ISO27001, Cyber Essentials/Plus, and so on). This role will be 2 days a week on site in my clients Nottingham office and is offering a salary of £45,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the Business Improvement Programme and certifications
Lead the QA team and manage the Internal Audit Programme
Conduct internal audits and ensure resolution of quality issues
Implement and review company policies and procedures for consistent application
Maintain quality certifications and drive additional standards to enhance market reputation
Develop and deliver business improvement plans and continuity procedures
Represent the company at external forums and support Cyber Essentials/Plus activities
