iO Associates invites skilled Contract Managers to support a global aerospace leader in commercial, military, helicopter, defense, and space sectors. Be part of a forward‑thinking team delivering high-impact projects at the cutting edge of aviation and space engineering

Responsibilities:

Oversee and monitor delivery of Technical Facility and General Services to meet site requirements and contractual KPIs.
Manage change control processes and supplier performance, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews aligned with Airbus FM&RE standards.
Lead UK tenders, site integrations, and budgeting activities-collaborating with site teams, finance, and SCM stakeholders.
Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise, ensuring timely reporting, contract performance, and continuous operational improvement.

Requirement

Proven expertise in supplier contract management and facilities operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in representing the organization during supplier reviews, leveraging performance KPIs and change control governance while engaging key stakeholders.
Experience managing facilities and assets, including enterprise-level asset planning.
