iO Associates are currently supporting a leading technical consultancy, as they build a high-performing data architecture team for a large-scale transformation within the financial services and insurance space.

They're looking for Enterprise Data Architects and Solution Data Architects to join a long-term project focused on modernising data capabilities for a major pensions and life insurance provider. The initial team will kick off in late July, with hybrid working from their London site.

Key experience they're looking for includes:

Strong background in AWS Cloud data architecture.
Expertise in Snowflake.
Strong experience across solution design, integration patterns, data security, analytics and data modelling.
Prior experience in financial products (insurance, pensions, wealth).
Familiarity with architectural governance and scalable data solutions.
Rates are between £600- £750 per day (Inside IR35), depending on experience.
