Data Migration Specialist - Contract Role

Fully Remote | 3-Month Contract | £400/day (Outside IR35)

We're working with a leading organisation in the travel sector that's undergoing a major systems transformation. As part of this journey, they're looking for an experienced Data Migration Specialist to join them on a short-term contract and lead a critical migration project.

This is a fully remote role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering end-to-end data migration across legacy and modern platforms
Conducting data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Collaborating with internal teams to map, cleanse, and transform data
Supporting testing and reconciliation phases to ensure smooth cutover
Documenting processes and contributing to knowledge transfer

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in end-to-end data migration projects
Strong skills in data analysis, mapping, and transformation
Ability to work independently and manage timelines effectively
Experience with travel industry data is highly beneficial
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Airtable OR similar platform
