Design Wing Engineer/Approver

We are seeking an experienced Design Wing Integrator to join a leading aerospace engineering organisation within the Wing Plant Engineering Team. This role focuses on supporting the Build Support and Non-Conformance team while acting as a vital link between Engineering and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects to deliver design solutions to operational issues, ensuring right-first-time results.
Act as a bridge between Engineering and Operations, ensuring co-design solutions fit both industrial systems and customer needs.
Manage engineering suppliers and prioritise deliverables to meet operational objectives.
Provide proactive product improvements to reduce costs, non-conformances, and enhance quality.

Requirements:

Strong background in design engineering with aviation experience.
Proven integration experience, ideally working across multiple departments.
Ability to take ownership of problems and deliver effective solutions.
Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
