Desktop Application Tester

Where: Cheltenham

An incredible defense company in Cheltenham is on the lookout for a Desktop Application Tester. Ideally we would like someone with a solid 5 years in IT at the least. Ideally with experience in Database interrogation with SQL, the ideal candidate will not be a afraid to roll their sleeves up and get involved in multiple areas of the Testing Process.

Some knowledge of Automation Testing may come in handy and any experience in a Desktop or IT support role would be highly desirable.

Requirements:

• Passionate about Software QA
• High capacity for lateral thinking
• Strong SQL or SQL Server skills
• Experience in 2nd Line Support or DeskTop Support
• Understanding of Active Directories
• VMWare Experience
• Any experience with automation would be amazing but not essential!
