iO are on the lookout for an experienced DevOps Lead to join a high-performing, co-located squad working on a major, data-driven initiative. This is a hands-on role where your technical leadership will shape DevOps strategy across CI/CD, automation, and environment management.

Core Responsibilities:

Designing and governing robust CI/CD pipelines
Driving automated deployments and a smooth Route to Live
Leading strategic environment configuration (ODS)
Implementing monitoring and alerting frameworks
Sharing DevOps best practices and ensuring knowledge transfer across the team

Preferred Experience:

Strong hands-on expertise with Azure (Databricks, SQL, ADF)
Familiarity with Event Hubs and real-time streaming pipelines
