Role Summary


Our Client is seeking an Digital Manufacturing Engineer experienced in digital processes to play a crucial role in shaping large-scale production plans for the aircraft. This position offers the opportunity to innovate and optimize manufacturing workflows to ensure efficiency, quality, and integration across both aircraft and battery divisions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement digital manufacturing systems for battery and aircraft production.
  • Develop digital production line layouts to facilitate equipment procurement decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of digital systems.
  • Lead process optimization, cost reduction, and performance enhancement initiatives.
  • Train users on digital systems for optimal manufacturing planning.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in 3DX (Delmia) or similar digital manufacturing systems.
  • 3-5 years+ experience in a relevant field.
  • Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with ERP, MRP, and MES tools.
  • Experience in high-volume final assembly and lean manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of new product introduction (NPI) processes.
