iO Associates are partnered with a consultancy routed within the Defence sector on their search for a DV Cleared DevOps Engineer supporting mission-critical infrastructure for a high-profile Defence project.

You will be involved in designing, implementing and maintaining secure op-premise pipelines and infrastructure, as well as managing containerisation applications using Docker and orchestrating deployments with Kubernetes.

Role: DV Cleared DevOps Engineer

Contract Length: 6 Months (+extensions)

Rate: £500 - £550 / day Outside IR35

Location: London (3 days per week on-site)

Start Date: ASAP

Requirements:

  • Active DV Clearance - Non-negotiable
  • Proven background in DevOps practices within on-premise environments.
  • Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production settings.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
  • CI/CD tooling experience (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of Windows Server installation, configuration, and hardening (desirable).
