Job title: Embedded Software Team Lead
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
Location: Worcestershire

An exciting client based in the Worcestershire are have reached a pivotal stage in their development and are now looking for an Embedded Team Leader to join on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be leading and mentoring a team of around 10 embedded software engineers tasked in developing both new and existing product lines in an already award-winning business.

Responsibilities:

Embedded team leadership and line management (training, mentoring etc) for the release of the new product lines.
Oversee deliverables across the full embedded lifecycle, ensuring company resources are properly allocated.
Review firmware work packages from both internal and external development teams, whilst ensuring all new products are properly documented.
New tool research and introduction to aid in the development of future products and roadmaps.

Key skills and experience:

Team leadership and line management experience is essential.
Good understanding of the embedded development process.
Agile tools and methodologies.
Good communication skills with people in the business across varying levels, in a multidisciplinary environment.

Salaries on offer are between £60,000 - £70000 DOE.

Currently on accepting British Citizens, unfortunately Visa is not offered by my client currently.

Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will be required to be on site 4 days a week, for this there is a potential for a relocation allowance if certain criteria are met.
