Job title: Embedded Software Test Engineer

Salary: £42,000 DOE

iO are excited to be representing an expanding heavy industries supplier that are currently on the hunt for an Embedded Software Test Engineer to join their exuberant team.

As an Embedded Software Tester, you will be involved in rigorously testing the software for current projects ahead of deployment. Your role is critical for the safety of the projects as the final product is out being used in the field!

Key skills and experience:

• At least 2 years of software testing / verification experience in Embedded C/C++
• Regression testing development
• Writing test documentation
• Test automation
• Fault analysis and finding

The successful candidate will be working with very complex systems that will take a considerable amount of time to learn, hence a willingness to learn and expand knowledge greatly is essential.
