Enablement Support - Onsite

Location: Broughton
Duration: 12 Months Contract with the possible extensions

We are seeking an experienced Enablement Support professional to join a major aerospace project. This role will play a critical part in supporting the repurpose of a large-scale factory facility, transitioning it to Single Aisle production. The position requires a strong background in enablement, change management, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Lead enablement for rate increases through "new ways of working" and best practices.
Develop and implement an enablement governance framework, engaging with Plant Capex teams.
Explore and implement innovative tooling solutions, with a focus on sustainability.
Provide direct support to production areas with the Rate++ facility.

Additional Information
