Seeking a dynamic leader to drive excellence in EV range, weight reduction, aerodynamics, and drivability. This role leads strategy and innovation across key areas of efficiency and performance, ensuring top-tier vehicle dynamics and customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally and with partners to deliver industry-leading solutions that optimize energy use and enhance the driving experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead vehicle range and drivability optimization strategies.
Collaborate across teams to define and validate performance targets.
Drive aero, energy, and weight efficiency improvements.
Oversee testing and ensure global standard compliance.
Support key decisions and mentor junior engineers.

Key Skills:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering.
15 years of relevant experience in energy management, Powertrain calibration of EV cars.
Extensive knowledge in vehicle energy management.
Proven experience in leading energy management and drivability projects.
Strong in vehicle testing, validation, and parameter optimization for range and performance.
