We're partnering with an innovative aviation manufacturer working on one of the most exciting aircraft programmes in Europe. If you want to be right at the heart of designing, developing and certifying advanced flight control systems, this is your chance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the architecture, design, analysis and integrity of the flight control systems
  • Drive development and integration activities across the full system lifecycle
  • Ensure all safety and certification requirements are met
  • Support certification tests and prepare compliance evidence
  • Manage work packages and oversee technical suppliers
  • Define system requirements, architecture and interfaces
  • Handle requirements management, validation and verification
  • Develop, test and certify the flight control systems
  • Plan, conduct and document development, qualification and certification tests
  • Liaise with the production line and support troubleshooting on the aircraft
  • Provide support during flight tests
  • Produce complete compliance documentation

What you bring:

  • Degree in aeronautical engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft systems (preferably flight control systems)
  • Experience with the development and certification of aircraft systems
  • Knowledge of EASA CS23 certification
  • Experience working within an EASA Part 21J DO
  • Familiarity with Siemens Teamcenter or Siemens NX (advantage)
  • Experience with airborne electronic hardware or software development (plus)
  • Previous CVE experience in flight control systems (advantage)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
  • International mindset with experience working with third parties
  • Good team player with analytical and process-oriented thinking
  • Proficient in MS Office tools
  • Flexible and willing to support other functions across the organisation
