Founders Associate - Business Operations

iO Associates have recently partnered with a Bristol-based business that strives to empower communities to become self-sufficient, resilient and sustainable through the deployment of renewables with cutting-edge technology.

We are currently searching for a Founders Associate to join the team on a permanent basis. As an Founders Associate, you will be responsible for working alongside the business founder to shape the future of the company through growing the team, establishing culture, and developing a robust pipeline of urban renewable
energy projects across the UK.

The ideal candidate does NOT need previous experience in the renewable energy sector, but must share the passion of making the world a better place.

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Helping to define and implement company strategies

- Conducting market research and risk assessments to support decisions around project viability

- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as investors and clients

- Assisting in driving internal recruitment and associated processes

This is a permanent position to be based from their central Bristol offices, on a hybrid basis.
