I'm working with a Southwest housing association to recruit a permanent IT Manager. You'll lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role involves overseeing planning, scheduling, risk management, and communication, with a focus on driving technological change and enhancing the customer experience. A proactive approach and strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical team members are essential. Experience in the housing sector or with housing systems would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT and Data projects, ensuring timely, within-budget delivery.
- Analyse technical change requests, considering both technological and human impacts.
- Manage project finances, including hardware, software, capital, and resource costs.
- Support senior leadership in achieving business objectives.
- Engage and develop your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet their goals.
My client values diverse talent, whether you're an experienced professional or starting your career but have a keen interest in growing and developing, my client is keen to speak with you. Essential skills include:
- Experience in leading complex change initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and IT literacy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
As with most Housing Associations, my client is offering a generous salary of up to £50K depending on experience and an extensive benefits package including supported development and 30 days annual leave. If you are looking to join a supportive environment where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is encouraged, apply now!
