An IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line) is required for a leading technology provider specialising in managed IT services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions for organisations ranging from SMEs to global enterprises.

This is a hands-on support role ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving in fast-paced IT environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and core systems-to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

Willing to work in Nights (Rotational Shifts)
Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices

Desirable skills (not essential):

MCP or CCNA certifications.
VMware or Hyper-V certification.
Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
