IT Support Engineer (1st/2nd Line)

iO Associates is working with an IT company in Bristol that is looking for a First/Second Line Support Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will provide technical support to clients, resolve IT issues, and contribute to the delivery of IT projects.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and related systems.
Deliver and assist with IT projects, helping clients implement new technologies and strengthen their IT environments.
Apply and monitor security measures to protect client networks from threats.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience troubleshooting IT issues.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients.
Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and learning.

Desirable skills (not essential):

MCP or CCNA certifications.
VMware or Hyper-V certification.
Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
