Java Team Lead

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (4 days onsite per week)

$35K + Bonus

iO Associates is partnering with a global leader in hospitality technology, headquartered in Europe, whose innovative SaaS solutions support hotel operations in over 190 countries.

In this role, you will lead a talented tech team and drive the successful delivery of high-impact projects in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of 4 engineers.
Align technical solutions with business goals alongside Product Owners.
Deliver scalable, cloud-based architectures.
Advocate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Stay hands-on throughout development.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong experience in Java backend with Spring/Spring Boot.
2+ years in a technical leadership role.
Skilled in REST APIs, microservices, and hibernate.
Familiar with CI/CD tools like Maven/Jenkins.
Comfortable with relational databases and Git.
