We're looking for a Lead Dynamics 365 Developer to take technical ownership of D365 solutions - someone who can lead development teams, architect scalable systems, and drive innovation in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

Your Skillset:
* 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and/or F&O
* Strong in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Platform, and Azure-based integrations
* Proven track record in leading teams and owning technical delivery
* Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model
* Experience with DevOps, solution packaging, and deployment automation
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
