Role Summary

Our client is hiring an LSA Engineer to contribute to the development and optimization of logistics system analyses and material maintenance concepts for naval vessels. As an integral part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the operational readiness of our naval fleet through your analytical skills and expertise.

Responsibilities

Determine failure probabilities of naval vessels based on design data
Conduct maintenance analyses to identify tool and spare parts requirements
Verify LSA data for systems from suppliers and update the LSA database
Participate in projects to enhance process efficiency

Essential Skills & Experience

Degree in technical studies (e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, shipbuilding) or equivalent qualification
Prior experience in Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) following standards such as MIL-STD-1388 2B, S3000L, or similar
Military technical background in ship operations is a plus
Proficient in German with good English skills
Strong communication, independent work ethic, and process understanding

Desirable Skills & Experience

Familiarity with marine engineering
Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
Additional language proficiency
