About the Role
We are hiring a MongoDB Administrator & Developer with 4+ years of experience to design, implement, and optimize scalable database solutions. You will be responsible for database administration, security, performance tuning, and MongoDB Atlas services. Onsite role in Hyderabad with in-person interviews (Level 2 & 3).

Required Skills & Experience

Expertise in MongoDB architecture, administration & security
Strong experience in sharding, replication & performance tuning
Hands-on with MongoDB Atlas & cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficiency in automation using Python, Bash, or scripting
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, Docker & Kubernetes
MongoDB certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Design & manage MongoDB systems, ensuring high availability & performance
Administer replica sets, sharding clusters, & backup strategies
Implement security, automation, & performance tuning
Utilize MongoDB Atlas features, including App Services
Collaborate with teams to align database solutions with business goals

Education & Soft Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong problem-solving & analytical skills
Excellent communication & collaboration abilities
