Principal Consultant - IT Strategy & Transformation - Up to £90,000 (Permanent, Hybrid: London / Client Sites / Remote)

We're hiring a senior Defence IT consultant to lead strategic transformation projects across UK defence. This high-impact role offers leadership, client delivery, and business development responsibilities in secure and mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead IT strategy and transformation projects across defence clients.
* Design secure digital roadmaps and enterprise architectures.
* Drive business development through established defence networks.
* Mentor junior consultants and ensure project quality.
* Deliver insights and present to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:
* Experience in or alongside the UK defence sector.
* Proven in IT transformation, architecture, or programme delivery.
* Active SC clearance (DV preferred or eligible).
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
* Certifications (TOGAF, ITIL, PRINCE2) preferred.
