Technical Product Manager - HealthTech Platform
Location: Germany (Hybrid)
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Our client is a fast-growing HealthTech startup, building the digital backbone of the global medical device industry. Their mission is to bring transparency, efficiency, and intelligence to a €600B market by connecting manufacturers, hospitals, and logistics partners through one unified platform.
Backed by over €2M in recent seed funding and already partnered with leading industry players, they're now preparing for their first large-scale clinic rollout before expanding across Europe. Their platform combines SaaS procurement, marketplace capabilities, predictive inventory management, and integrated orchestration across sales, purchasing, and production.
The Role
We're seeking a Technical Product Manager to join this ambitious team at an exciting inflection point. You'll act as the bridge between business, engineering, and clinical stakeholders-translating complex domain needs into a clear, actionable roadmap.
You'll work hand-in-hand with leadership, database specialists, engineers, and medical experts to guide development, shape strategy, and help build a category-defining product for the medical device ecosystem.
What You'll Do
Translate business and industry requirements into epics, user stories, and a structured backlog
Define and maintain the product roadmap (Pilot → National rollout → International scale)
Prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility
Collaborate with engineering leadership on sprint and release planning
Maintain transparency and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
Anticipate and shape user experience needs - from user journeys to early wireframes and prototypes
What You Bring
3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a SaaS, HealthTech, or B2B platform environment
Strong technical understanding (comfortable working with engineers and data models)
Experience managing complex stakeholder groups
Excellent communication and documentation skills
A strategic mindset combined with a bias for action
Why Join
You'll be part of a mission-driven startup that's setting new standards for how medical devices move through the global healthcare system. This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of a platform with massive industry impact-right from its early stages.
