Key Responsibilities:

Develop product strategy, planning, and roadmap for servo motors and drive systems
Conduct market and competitive analysis
Define customer requirements through user stories and industry collaboration
Own product documentation, pricing, and cost structures
Deliver product presentations and training sessions

Your Profile:

Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
Experience in product management or technical sales
Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset
Passion for motors, robotics, and drive technology
