Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our medical robotics and humanoid applications business unit. This is a strategic role requiring entrepreneurial drive, technical expertise, and the ability to work closely with engineering and sales teams to shape the roadmap for the next five years.




Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product, market, and sales strategies for servo motors and drive systems in robotics
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify opportunities
  • Define product roadmaps and plan future developments
  • Translate customer needs into user stories and technical requirements
  • Maintain technical documentation, data sheets, and pricing structures
  • Assume cost responsibility for assigned products
  • Deliver product presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams



Qualifications

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, ideally in drives or robotics
  • Strong technical understanding of motors, gears, actuators, and drive controls
  • Sales-oriented mindset with entrepreneurial drive
  • Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Passion for drive technology and robotics
