Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management
• Technical expertise with Power Supply tehchnologies such as charging systems, DC-DC converters, power modules
• Fluency in English, and minimum B2 level in German.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for industrial vehicle battery charging products in the EMEA region.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure complete, customer-focused product documentation.
• Adapt value propositions and messages to the EMEA market, aligning with product development, sales, and marketing communications teams.
• Collect and analyse market information and customer feedback to refine product strategies.
• Monitor and track product and project status.
• Conduct training and workshops for sales staff, partners, and customers on product features, benefits, and positioning.
• Represent the product at trade fairs with the sales and marketing communications team.
