What we’re looking for;

Due to our recent success securing multiple new contracts, we now require talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey.

We are looking to hire a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of a large systems integration for a military end customer. The programme of work contains a number of complex technical solutions and affords a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on a truly next-generation delivery as well as becoming part of a fast-growing division of our UK business.

We are looking for an individual with experience of managing large defence deliveries of £100m+ that span across hardware, software and support and has experience both liaising with subcontractors and partners and also direct client delivery and stakeholder management.

You will be responsible for helping to grow the delivery team through selection, leadership and management and ensuring that all elements of the programme from delivery to quality are delivered on time and to budget.

Your key responsibilities will include;

  • Accountable for the successful delivery of all aspects of the programme.

  • Selection, leadership and management of a multi-disciplined programme team.

  • E2E Management and Close Cooperation with colleagues in Israel

  • Accountable for programme cost & EVM, including Integrated Baseline Reviews and subsequent re-alignments.
