PET CT Programme Manager - National Healthcare Transformation Project

iO Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading healthcare organisation for a PET CT Programme Manager to spearhead a high-impact national programme. This is a pivotal opportunity for an experienced leader to drive innovation and excellence in diagnostic imaging services.

As Programme Manager, you'll take full ownership of the PET CT initiative, shaping delivery strategy, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders. You'll be responsible for governance, budget oversight, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement across multiple sites.

This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on delivery experience, ideally within healthcare or public sector environments. You'll be adept at managing complex programmes, navigating change, and fostering collaboration across disciplines.

Key Requirements:

7+ years in programme/project management with a proven track record of successful delivery
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with public sector tendering and agile methodologies is highly desirable
Proficiency in programme tools (e.g., MS Project, Basecamp)
Ability to manage multiple releases and drive continuous improvement
