Project Administration Support - Defence Sector
Location: The Hague, Netherlands (onsite)
 Duration: Fixed-term contract - aligned with project delivery across six sprints
 
We are supporting a major international defence organisation on a confidential programme connected to NATO operations.
 This project will be delivered in six sprints, and we're looking for a Project Administration Support professional to help coordinate and manage the smooth delivery of each phase.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to project teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
- Assist in the organisation of meetings, schedules, and project deliverables.
- Support project tracking, progress monitoring, and reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and defence-related documentation standards.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in project administration, PMO, or coordination roles.
- Familiarity with NATO or defence clearance procedures.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience within the defence sector is highly desirable.
- Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) the appropriate security clearance.
