Position: Project Management Business Partner

Pay rate: £39.68 p/h inside IR35.

location: Broughton

Role Type: 12 Month Contract with extension

Position: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days WFH)

IO Associates is seeking a Project Management Business Partner, to work at the Broughton site for a global pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in the commercial aircraft, helicopters, defense, and space sectors. The company is a major player in the aviation industry, specializing in the design, manufacture, and delivery of commercial and military aircraft, helicopters, and space systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of STEP & Major Mods within Time, Cost, and Quality targets, leading E2E assessment and Mod integration.
• Oversee CAPEX/OPEX financial monitoring, project performance tracking, and corrective actions.
• Support STEP reviews, manage risk, and lead integrated planning aligned with Programme and Plant needs.
• Coordinate monthly Plant reviews, update schedules, and facilitate occasional business travel.

Skills required

• Strong facilitation skills for leading and motivating teams.
• Proficient in data management and visualization, including G Suite.
• Effective in negotiation, conflict management, and responding constructively.
• Adaptable, innovative, and able to work cross-functionally in MFTs.
