My client is now urgently looking for a Project Manager wherein you will use your experience of managing complex fast-paced aerospace projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and align project objectives across the development cycle in collaboration with the Senior PM.
Evaluate project impacts and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring consideration of technical implications and risks.
Translate project objectives into achievable sprint deliverables, managing them with Scrum Masters to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate delivery meetings, manage project schedule and interdependencies, actively manage risks and opportunities, and support cross-functional alignment with Procurement, Supply Chain Ops, Manufacturing, and suppliers.

Skills & Education required

Experienced in various Project Management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile (e.g., SAFE, SCRUM), with proficiency in JIRA. Preferably holds PM qualifications such as IPMA Level C or higher and Scrum Master certification.
3-4 years in Project Management, ideally in aerospace, with exposure to aircraft development, including E-VTOL programs.
Proficient in Project Management fundamentals: scheduling, risk management, estimation, communication, budgeting, and resource management.
Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and engaging stakeholders effectively. Ability to challenge assumptions.
