Project Manager
Location: Reading
Type: 9 Months | Contract

We are hiring a Project Manager to support a major nuclear defence facility near Reading. This client-side role requires experience delivering complex construction projects within highly regulated environments. SC clearance is required, with the ability to obtain DV clearance. Experience delivering Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Systems is essential.

Requirement

Degree-qualified with APM, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent PM certifications.
5+ years' experience delivering large-scale, regulated construction projects.
Background in nuclear, defence, or other high-security environments.
Experience delivering Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems.
Experience working on secure, safety-critical sites.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the delivery of complex construction projects within a nuclear environment.
Manage key site work packages, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety compliance.
Oversee project controls and commercial processes (NEC3/NEC4).
Drive risk, budget, and progress management to meet project milestones.

Security Requirements

Hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it.
Ability to gain DV clearance.
