We are expanding our Salesforce capability in Helsinki and looking for both Salesforce Developers and Salesforce Architects with strong expertise across CPQ, Billing, and Subscription Management.

About the Role

You will play a key role in designing, building, and delivering Salesforce Revenue Cloud functionality including CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management, and integrations-with the flexibility to join at either Developer or Architect level depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

For Developers

Design, configure, and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud components (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management)
Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Flows
Build pricing rules, product configurations, quote templates, invoice workflows, and billing logic
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools
Conduct unit testing, perform code reviews, and support UAT
Collaborate closely with BA, QA, and product teams through the full SDLC

For Architects

Define the end-to-end architecture for Revenue Cloud/CPQ/Billing implementations
Lead workshops, requirement discovery, and solution design sessions
Provide governance on design patterns, development standards, and integration strategy
Oversee DevOps, CI/CD, environment strategy, and release management
Guide the development team, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure scalable, future-proof architecture
Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex business needs into technical solutions

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ, Billing, Subscription Management)
Solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash / Product-to-Cash processes
Integration experience using APIs and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
Experience delivering projects in Agile environments

Architect Level

8-12+ years in Salesforce delivery with deep architecture expertise
Experience leading large-scale Salesforce and multi-cloud programmes
Strong DevOps background (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX)
Ability to define solution roadmaps, governance frameworks, and technical strategy

Preferred Certifications

Salesforce Developer I/II
CPQ Specialist
Billing Specialist
Revenue Cloud Consultant / Accredited Professional
Application Architect or System Architect (for Architect track)
