Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead

iO Associates is working with a digital-first technology services company delivering impactful solutions through innovation, design, and engineering. We're looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Lead to join their growing London-based team.

As a Subject Matter Expert (Level 4), you'll take charge of complex solution design and delivery across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies. You'll lead workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and act as the technical go-to for clients. This role offers a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical contribution.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (8+ years total technical experience)
Proven ability to lead technical teams and client engagements
Expertise in AMPScript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Strong integration experience (REST/SOAP APIs)
Proficiency in GitHub and full project lifecycle delivery
Experience across SFMC, Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, and Personalization Studio

Clear communication with technical & non-technical audiences
Strong documentation, QA, and problem-solving skills
