The Role:

They are looking for a strategic Salesforce Technical Architect to take ownership of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Energy and Utilities Cloud. You'll play a pivotal role in designing scalable, high-performing solutions and integrations that power critical transformation programmes in a complex, fast-evolving energy environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and delivery across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Energy & Utilities Cloud.
Design scalable OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
Develop integration strategies with legacy and modern systems using event-driven patterns.
Align Salesforce solutions with regulatory, commercial, and customer lifecycle requirements.
Guide DevOps practices, including CI/CD and environment governance.
