Senior SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Job Type: Full Time Contract - 12 months

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of SAP consulting experience with a strong emphasis on FICO, including expert-level configuration skills in FI and CO, and a proven history of delivering 3-4 full-cycle S/4HANA upgrade or conversion projects.
Extensive knowledge of financial processes, tax and localization requirements, and period-end closing activities.
A solid grasp of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
Skilled in using SAP Activate methodology and Readiness Check tools, with hands-on experience in SAP Fiori Finance apps and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Principal Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA conversion and upgrade initiatives, covering system assessment, planning, design, migration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Provide in-depth functional expertise in SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling (CO-OM, CO-PA), and Product Costing.
Analyze legacy ERP systems to define transformation roadmaps, adapt custom code and configurations for S/4HANA, and support data migration and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct workshops and fit-gap analyses, support all phases of testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deliver comprehensive functional documentation.
