Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week on-site in Poole
Rate: £550/day, Outside IR35
Duration: 6 months, with the potential to extend

iO Associates have recently engaged with a cutting-edge AI company who are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with a Development/DevOps background to support the on-site deployment and operation of its AI-driven platforms for high-security environments, including the Ministry of Defence.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and operate enterprise AI software directly on customer sites
Act as both engineer and operator-gathering requirements, validating solutions, and ensuring smooth deployment
Operate with a high degree of autonomy and adaptability in fast-moving environments

Ideal Candidate:

Former software developer (Python/Node.js) who transitioned into DevOps
Proficient in scripting (Bash), infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker, and Kubernetes
Strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and preferably Windows-based installations
Holds SC Clearance
Confident, customer-facing, and comfortable working on site in Poole
