Senior Analysis Engineer
Location: Munich, Germany
Duration 12 months
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Engineer Analysis to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the structural analysis of a aircraft, working on the complete airframe and its subcomponents. The role offers the chance to work within a dynamic multifunctional product development team, providing expert knowledge across design, sizing, certification, and production phases.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform and lead structural analysis activities including stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance, both internally and externally.
- Sign off on analysis as part of data set/drawing release processes.
- Define specifications and structural analysis means of compliance.
- Develop and propose program code routines for analysis processes, methods, and tools.
- Plan activities according to program deliverables and timelines.
- Enhance and adapt methods for metallic and composite structures using manual and FEM techniques.
- Lead the preparation of stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance analysis reports and certification documentation in line with CS-25 regulations.
- Assess and validate production non-conformities and concessions.
- Support stress and fatigue analysis for structural repairs and modifications.
- Establish check procedures and monitor progress to ensure quality deliverables.
Your Profile
- Recognized expertise in stress, fatigue, and damage tolerance for both metallic and composite structures.
- Degree in aeronautics, aviation, or mechanical engineering (MA Eng/Sc, Dr./PhD).
- More than 10 years of professional experience in structural analysis across aircraft development phases.
- Strong understanding of airframe certification requirements, design criteria, materials, and tools.
- Experience with new aircraft development in CS25 category.
- Proven ability to lead and instruct complex technical tasks.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
