iO Associates are partnered with ClearMotion an industry leader in improved drive quality and handling for the automotive industry with their ground-breaking technology. Their rapid growth finds them looking to onboard a Senior Engineer in Vehicle Integration and Performance.

Requirements:

• Support prototype vehicle commissioning and functional development of both customer and internal vehicles.
• Work with Hardware, Software & Controls teams t support vehicle updates and innovation efforts for ClearMotion.
• Authoring and executing vehicle-level functional development tests.
• Travel to customer sites.
• Testing and debugging infield on the customer site.

Key skills:

• At least 5 years in Automotive OEM/Tier1/Tier2 systems integration or functional testing.
• Confident with hands on in-vehicle testing.
• Understanding of model-based systems and automotive software (MATLAB, Simulink, Speedgoat, dSpace etc)
• Proven ability to work well with prototype vehicles.
• Working knowledge of comms protocols (CAN, FlexRay etc) and vehicle comms debugging tools (CANalyzer, INCA, CANape)
