A leading technology services organisation is seeking a Senior QA / QA Lead to drive quality assurance across Salesforce and MuleSoft projects. This role suits experienced QA professionals looking to lead testing practices, mentor teams, and shape QA strategy within an Agile environment.

As part of a collaborative delivery team, you'll lead story validation, design test cases, and oversee both manual and automation testing. You'll ensure test coverage across Salesforce and integration workflows, guide junior QA engineers, and provide clear feedback to technical and business stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years' QA experience, with Salesforce and middleware/API testing (MuleSoft/Apigee)
Skilled in manual and automation testing (incl. TOSCA, Postman, scripting)
Strong Agile background, able to lead QA activities in sprints
Excellent English communication with leadership and mentoring ability

Nice to Have:

ISTQB or Scrum Master certification
Knowledge of Selenium, Copado, Rally, qTest, or Groovy
